The new construction of a farm manager’s residence and a farm shop in the rural outskirts serves an organic farming operation in Boostedt. Both buildings are designed as single-story structures with solid construction methods. The use of high-quality and durable materials, such as façades made of Danish clinker brick and roofs clad with double standing seam metal panels, enables both buildings to withstand the demands of rural life in northern Germany. The use of modern heat pump technology in combination with a photovoltaic system also meets high ecological standards.
