A multi-family residential building is to be constructed in the newly developed residential area of Ellerhoop. The project primarily consists of a barrier-free, two-storey building with an additional recessed top floor (setback storey), without a basement. In addition to 10 subsidized apartments under the social housing program, the building will also provide 4 privately financed residential units. This concept is intended to promote a socially diverse residential environment. Jomp. Architektur was commissioned by Neue GeWoGe Housing Cooperative to support the tendering process and provide construction supervision services. The design and execution planning were developed by Juhu! Architekten. The collaboration between the two architectural firms ensures that the project meets the highest quality standards in both planning and execution.
