The developed preliminary design outlines the concept for a hotel with approximately 100 beds on a vacant commercial site located directly north of Hamburg. In addition to its function as accommodation, the hotel is complemented by an adjoining restaurant with café facilities and flexible spaces for hosting professional conferences and events. In terms of design, the building volume responds to its prominent corner location along a heavily trafficked thoroughfare. The selected red brick façade, accented with dark metal detailing, allows the building to integrate harmoniously into its surroundings.
