New semi-detached house
A semi-detached house with two separate residential units is being built in the immediate vicinity of the Prömelland organic farm in Boostedt. Each of the completely timber-frame units has a ground floor with an open-plan living area and an upper floor under the striking monopitch roof for the more private rooms. Connecting the two halves of the semi-detached house is a utility core with a green flat roof. No less important is the sustainable orientation of this building project. The focus here is on construction to the KfW-40 standard, with environmentally friendly and ecological building materials being used. In addition, the plan is to heat each building using an individual heat pump that draws its energy from a photovoltaic system designed for this purpose - a forward-looking concept that combines sustainability and comfort. The natural surroundings offer a calming atmosphere and plenty of open space.
