Semi-Detached House Extension

The existing workers’ house from the 1930s featured a damaged conservatory on the street side, constructed as a plastic and glass structure. Within its uncomfortably narrow layout, it accommodated both the entrance area and the dining space serving as a passage to the main building. This structure was completely redesigned as a new solid extension, now creating a clearly defined entrance area. From there, the open-plan kitchen leads into the newly designed dining and living area with a communicative and inviting character. The large living room in the existing part of the building has been transformed into a more private retreat, significantly enhancing the overall functionality and spatial organization of the home.
